My husband and I wanted to try Taiwanese breakfast and came here. The food was delicious and the service was wonderful. I highly recommend this place. We ordered multiple times because the next thing was better than the previous. Loved it!

Do not order the pork chop rice. We ordered it because it seemed to be one of the most popular items on the menu, but it was very disappointing. The pork chop itself was really tough, and the vegetables that came with the rice were just Taiwanese kimchi and sour pickles. As a Taiwanese person, I honestly can’t accept how little effort was put into the vegetable side of the dish. The pork chop is supposed to be the main part of the meal, but it was really bad. The quality of the pork was not good at all. Other than that, everything else we ordered was above average, including the rice roll with green onion egg, Taiwanese meatball, and peanut milk.

As a Taiwanese person, I approve — this place is authentic. The rice roll, oyster omelet, and everything else we ordered were perfect. The flavors felt very close to what I would expect from Taiwanese food. The only issue was the rice milk. We bought it close to closing time and planned to drink it the next morning, but it had already gone bad by then. Other than that, the food itself was excellent.

Honestly its been a couple years since the last time we visited this restaurant, but my oh my I must say the food has improved since our last visit. We came in on a rainy day for lunch and the place was about half full. The staff were very friendly and were able to tell us about the special limited food items they had on this day. We ended up going with some of the traditional things and everything was tasty. I particularly enjoyed the savory rice roll with the fried dough stick and pork floss inside, all the right textures and flavors. It was very satisfying. The tofu with pork floss was great for washing the roll down. The other items were on point, but next time I’d go without the crispy sesame bun. Just order more fried dough sticks!

This is a no-frills, nice, simple and quick place to get some solid food. We ordered a few items to snack on.  Some of the items we ordered included - Daikon Cake with egg (great texture), pork chop rice, dumplings, and wonton noodle soup. The pork chop was nice and crispy and the pickled veggies went well with it. The dumplings were pretty solid and full of meat and flavor.  Overall,  worth checking out.
